Rose's life is hard. Her father died when she was a little girl just after her little sister Bella was born, and her mother has been ill ever since. Her older sisters Lina and Katrina (twins) work in the palace as maids and Rose runs her families apple orchard. The 3 older girls work hard so that Bella does not have to work and can enjoy as much of a normal life while she cares for her mother.
The sisters are very fun characters to write because the way the interact with each other shows so much love and care. Everything they do centers around each other and protecting their family and their friends. All 4 sisters are very loyal and good true friends.
