I remember when I was little my parents used to read me this poem
Cinderella walked on broken glass.
Sleeping Beauty let a whole lifetime pass.
Belle fell in love with a hideous beast.
Jasmine married a common thief.
Ariel walked on land for love and life.
Snow White barely escaped a knife.
It was all about blood, sweat, and tears.
Because love means facing your biggest fears.
So from the time I was a little girl I had never thought that love would be easy, but I never thought that it would be this hard. Then again I never thought that I, a simple peasant girl would wind up helplessly in love with her prince.
Since the day I met Prince Alexander my life has been turned upside down, and nothing, and I mean nothing in my life will ever be the same.

Amanda-lyn-chan? Um...perhaps you should say that Rose is saying this...cause up until the 'peasant girl' part I thought you were saying it...even though it is the back cover I mean, I think you should say something like "My name is Rose...blah blah blah blah blah and so on and so forth...
ReplyDeleteno because most if not all of the 1st book is from her perspective so doing that seems a little bit of an over kill. Unlike your book for the most if not all of the trilogy is from Rose's point of view
